Production Update

The guys in the workshop are still flat out with production. We are now into metal casting the stretch goals, but the resin is still taking the time to get the quality. We now have two pressure tanks in operation, but we still estimate another 3 weeks to complete the resin.
This week we're looking at the packaging for the resin, and we're doing trials with laser cut foam to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. We know it's a common problem with resin that they often arrive with parts broken, so we're trying to ensure that doesn't happen.

Hello all,
With the risk of sounding like a broken record... production is still going well! In fact, we are not far off being finished with the metal casting completely!
The resin casting however, has been a slower process than we expected. Removing the casts from the moulds is a delicate art and we have to take our time with it. We are doing something to try and counteract this increase in production time: we've purchased a second pressure tank!
So, for this brief update, we'd like to say we're still on track for March shipping, but just slightly later in March.
One final bit of info, many of you will have had the notification that we locked the pledge manager down mid-Feb, so you can no longer change your pledge or address. We have been accepting the odd request to change pledge sizes via messages, but we're now at the point where we really can no longer change sizes as our pick lists have been populated and the bulk of the miniatures have been cast. Though if you need a last minute change of address - we can sort that for you.

We've primed up a few of the cast 28mm metal miniatures using our normal pre-shading technique (Black, grey & white primer) to show you some of the detail on them.

KICKSTARTER UPDATE -
It looks like we may have a delay with the Kickstarter release time. Kickstarter have still to review the project and it looks like they don't work weekends, unlike ourselves!
Kickstarter say -
"Due to the high volume of project submissions we're currently receiving, our turnaround time is longer than usual. Rest assured, we're working diligently to respond as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience in the meantime."
We will keep you updated with any news, but worst case, it looks like will will have to delay the launch until tomorrow at the earliest.
